Quality evaluation of immunomodulatory polysaccharides from <i>Agaricus bisporus</i> by an integrated fingerprint technique

Agaricus bisporus (A. bisporus) is a rich source of polysaccharides with medical and nutraceutical interests; however, the complex structure A. (ABPs) poses challenge to its quality control.
